EEE label acquisitions…

So we have acquired 2 new sub-labels into the EEE label system. We are now fully operating, manufacturing and distributing for;
First Spell Productions – Extreme Blackened Art
Dammerung Productions – Pagan Black Metal and Ritual Folk Music
Both of these labels were originally based out of Illinois, but due to certain circumstances were no longer able to continue to function as independent entities. Thus our initial absorption of these labels into the EEE family, will no doubt make our label that much more diverse and wide-ranging.
The first fruits of this new development find ourselves possessing both labels small back catalogs, which we plan to re-issue sometime over the next few months.
The first re-issue will be of the debut from a project known as ‘Funeral Eclipse’ whose 4 song EP ‘Among Castles and Thrones…We Are Forgotten’ is a pummeling mix of older Darkthrone-esque primitive black metal rage, mixed with an overtly melodic bent much akin to Dissection’s classic ‘The Somberlain’ record. An absolutely brilliant album for only being 20 minutes long.
We will also be issuing an album from Bahrain Pagan Black Metal warriors ‘Kusoof’ sometime in the future.

EEE signs Ziklag to roster!!!

I told you the next blog update would not take forever 
I would like to welcome Ziklag to the ever-expanding EEE roster. Ziklag was a band (yes, a real band, that played concerts and all that) that existed from 1995 – 1998, out of the USA. Ziklag had released 5 releases in that time (all rehearsal demos mind you), played about 15 shows and then parted ways. Ziklag first played a style of Christian death/thrash metal, in the old-school vein. But then switched to a more black metal / ambient sound on their last release. We will be re-releasing all 5 releases on one disc entitled ‘Fire Fell From The Skies’ sometime in 2009. Be sure to keep on the look out for that!!!

I am sure you have seen all of this stuff already. Just wanted to restate it again.
Also, we will be offering two FREE downloadable EPs as our Christmas present to our supporters and customers, within the next week. The first EP will be a teaser from the new Élan (Old Forgotten Lands, ex-Day of Ascension, Élan, Astral Forest…) fronted project known as Asgath. It will contain 4 tracks from his upcoming 2009 release entitled ‘Miscommunication’. Amazing experimental, droning, blissed-out, noisy ambient. Absolutely stunning release that creates an atmosphere like no album you have heard before.
The second FREE EP will be a 10-song EP from grindcore/death metal project W. This EP is titled ‘Circle of Dead Demons’ and is a pre-cursor to the upcoming 2009 release called ‘Spiritual Grind Battle’. 10 short, chaotic and grinding slabs of drum-machine led, blasting technical grindcore. For fans of secular projects like Psyopus, Napalm Death, Circle of Dead Children, Nasum, Coldworker and Complete Failure.

hi everyone! sorry for the ever increasing delay on the EEE blog, but i come bearing excellent news!
we have recently sent the LONG delayed Flaskavsae & Light Shall Prevail Split album off to press, the plant is actually in production of the album as we speak. we are really hoping to have this available by the end of October, but if not, it shall be available FOR SURE in the beginning of November. this release will be packaged in a beautiful 6-panel digipak and will be limited in quantity (as always). keep updated to the EEE Recordings page for more info as it develops. there will be pre-orders available soon as well.

José Barragan (R.I.P.) from Flactorophia (Christian Grind/Crust/Death Metal)
We are a bit late on this news, but find it incredibly saddening nonetheless.
On April 20th, 2008, José died in an accident that happened at a local gig. The place caught fire, and he, as well as 14 others, were killed:
